Yoga Solstice Workshop

Join us for a pause in the midst of the season's merriment as we honor the return of light with a special ceremony. This gentle, slow-paced class will feature restorative yoga and invite you to release the darkness with a winter solstice ritual. We'll conclude with yoga nidra to bring deep rest and renewal. Please wear comfortable clothes and bring a journal.

• A light dinner will be served following class

• $20 per person.
